Business of the Month: The Panic Room
The Panic Room Gravesend is the brainchild of owners Alex & Monique. They first opened their doors in 2015 and have never looked back. Since then, it has grown substantially into a multi award-winning business.
From their initial premises in Berkley Crescent, they have now created dozens of exciting experiences which span over five locations in Gravesend with numerous rooms to choose from as well as two new locations in Harlow in Essex and Niagara Falls USA.
Visit their shop online and located at Berkley Crescent.
Suitable for ages 8+ and for teams of 2 - 10 people depending on the room you choose, you have 60-75 minutes to solve the mystery and clues before your time runs out! You just must remember Just Don't Panic! Along with the rooms they also offer Indoor Urban Axe Throwing!
This Saturday, the 3rd December the Gravesham Mayor will be visiting at 10.00am to officially open and cut the ribbon on their brand new venture “The Family Entertainment Centre”. This is based in New Road Gravesend. For locals this is the old BHS. Stick around afterwards for competitions, giveaways and more! This new Centre will be home to Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Augmented Reality Air Hockey and an Overload Escape Room.
JAGS Property Group wholeheartedly recommend the Panic Room after spending an entertaining afternoon there recently – Unfortunately we didn’t escape but will definitely go back to try another room.
Please don’t forget to book in advance.

How is the market looking coming into the end of 2022...
We have seen quite a shift in the market since October. Property Prices have adjusted due to factors around affordability due to the mortgage rates rising. Secondly, there is a seasonal perspective - the market tends to slow coming into December as people start preparing for Christmas.
Interest rates and Mortgage rates are set to increase throughout 2023 to combat inflation. If you are considering a move, it may be better to think about it sooner rather than later. The sales market has grown over 20% in the past two years so most homeowners will currently be in a much better position equity wise compared to where they were in 2020.
We are now helping people with their plans to bring their property to the market on Boxing Day this year. Boxing Day is the busiest day of the year on the Property portals such as Rightmove helping our clients get more exposure on their home.
Utility Warehouse:
We are now working with Utility Warehouse which gets all your home services, including gas, electricity, broadband, mobile and home insurance from one company, this helps you save time and money.
Please contact us for more information.
We also cover London to Medway for sales and rentals.
