Our success is based on how much we can give back to the community as a business. So far with have raised money for 4 different charities through multiple events we have through or challenges which we have undertaken. I sponsor the local rugby club Gravesend RFC, the club where I have grown up playing and somewhere that I have lots of friends and somewhere that I have learnt some great values. We work with and promote lots of local businesses through our network, throughout the year. We ensure that we use local businesses when we give out prizes or merchandise. Jacqui, a valued member of our Gravesend estate agents team, joined us in 2020 to work directly with Josh. Together, they have built a small but dedicated team. With a longstanding passion for real estate, Jacqui finds great fulfillment in assisting individuals with life-changing events. Her commitment to providing exceptional service has resulted in forming lasting friendships with some of her previous clients. In her current role, Jacqui plays a pivotal role in overseeing our business operations. She manages marketing initiatives, handles event management, and ensures smooth administrative processes. At our Gravesend estate agents, we are proud to have Jacqui on board, bringing her expertise and dedication to every aspect of our operations.
MICHELLE WHITEHEAD
CLIENT LIASON & LISTING MANAGER
Michelle joined the team in 2021 to assist Jacqui. She is now responsible for listing and advertising properties, along with all sales progression and day to day contact with our clients, solicitors and other agents. She loves her job which she has managed to balance perfectly whilst working from home and being with her family.
ARAN ANANDHARAJAH
SALES MANAGER
Aran joined the team in 2021 and now heads up the Sales Office. He carries out property valuations, negotiates offers, and works closely with clients throughout the sales process. He’s also involved in conducting viewings and handling client registrations, making sure buyers and sellers are supported from start to finish.
With a calm and professional approach, Aran brings energy and focus to the team, and is a key point of contact for anyone looking to sell or buy through us.
CONNOR MORTON
SALES NEGOTIATOR
Connor works closely with Aran to support the registration and booking of clients for viewings. He also conducts viewings for both sales and lettings, giving clients a helpful and approachable point of contact throughout their search. In addition to attending key handovers on completion day, Connor is also involved in negotiating offers, helping to guide buyers and sellers through the process. Friendly and reliable, Connor plays an important role in keeping things running smoothly for our clients and the team.
SUKHY KAUR
SALES NEGOTIATOR
Sukhy works alongside Connor to look after all our client registrations, arrange and carry out viewings for both sales and lettings, and handle key handovers when it’s time to move in. She’s warm, understanding, and always reliable.
Sukhy is a trusted member of the Sikh community and speaks three languages, which means she can help and reassure a wide range of clients.
She also plays a big part in keeping everything running smoothly for both our clients and the team.
