Local entrepreneurial brother and sister team, Jay & Samantha Obee from Gravesend, have recently added another string to their bow by opening Manta Rays Swim School. This new and exciting swim school is based at North West Kent College, Lower Higham Road in Chalk, Gravesend.
With a background of competitive swimming and life saving, Jay and Samantha started up the swim school to ensure such an important life skill is passed on to the future generation of children. Samantha teaches along side 6 other highly qualified teachers.
The school wants to offer a personal feel with smaller groups, which allows your child to get the absolute maximum out of their lessons. The lessons will not only teach your child to enjoy the water but more importantly respect it too.
Manta Rays Swim School offers lessons to non-swimmers and advanced swimmers from the age of 4+ in either group or 1-2-1 format. They also offer adult lessons on a 1-2-1 basis and welcomes all abilities.
All teachers are fully qualified and work to accredited STA standards and criteria therefore your child will be working towards badges and certificates at the end of each term (this is included in your fee.)
The children will be rewarded based on their progression throughout the term, acknowledging their hard work and development.
