Business of the Month:

Elliot Reid opened Revitalize Health and Fitness Clinic in 2013 which is located on Windmill St, Gravesend.

His interest in health started at the early age of 8 when he became interested in how the body worked. When he got older, he started boxing competitively and whilst training for a fight he hurt back so went to an osteopath who fixed him.

Sadly, two of his close friends died from cancer at the ages of 17 and 19 and this solidified his want to help people, so that they were able to fulfil a healthy life.

Revitalize is a multidisciplinary clinic providing high quality services which include:

- Osteopathy - Sports Massage - Personal Training - Herbology - Diet and Nutrition - Free personalised online advice which they achieve with a gimmick free approach - Home visits if unable to visit due to injury They also dedicate time to supporting health in the community by helping charities such as The Grand, Gravesend to encourage inactive adults and youths to exercise and improve their knowledge of nutrition. They achieve this by writing and personally delivering bespoke training and diet programmes for the attendees to follow.

Please take a look at their website or give them a call on 01474 356284 and book yourself in!

Market Update & Moving Hacks

This year has started off with a bang. A property that we have marketed in the last two weeks generated over 40 enquiries, 20 viewings and have now managed to achieve11% over asking price. This is due to our strategic marketing, quality photography, and virtual tour along with our customer service.

The housing market in the UK has been riding the crest of a wave over the past few years with house prices growing nationally by 6.4% in 2020 and 10.1% in 2021 - Gravesend and the surrounding areas are tracking at a similar pace with a high level of demand at all price points.

The demand levels are still incredibly high, but we can already see a lot more homeowners deciding to move which should help the supply in the market and give buyers more choice when finding their perfect home.

We have a few new listings up our sleeve in and around Gravesend. Feel free to get in touch if you need any help when getting a plan together around a potential move.
